Our physical bodies can benefit from nutritional supplements - for example, vitamins and minerals. Our energetic bodies can also be strengthened through energetic "supplements". The Life Essences act in that way.

Life Essences is a kit of 7 Essences created by Ben Risby-Jones,   Naturopath, from around the world. Using botanical products (flowers, etc.) from sacred sites, Ben extracted an energetic "signature" and distilled it in a form you can take easily.

Taking the 7 Essences over a 120-day period (the normal course for the Life Essences), you will build a stronger energetic body. From that, you can experience greater body awareness, emotional clarity, mental calmness, ability to experience unconditional love, communicative capacity, insight, access to your own wisdom, and ability to act in accordance with your own soul.

LIFE ESSENCES: Essences for Healing Professionals

If you are a healing practitioner, you can also use the Life Essences in your practice.

You should always start by taking a course of the Life Essences for yourself, so that you are operating clearly and understand the Life Essences at a very personal level.

You also need to attend a one-day Practitioner class.  This class will teach you how to use the Practitioner Kit to align, activate, and release the flow of energy in your client's chakras.

The Practitioner Kit also has the seven essences. They are formulated slightly differently from the non-practitioner set.

"Practitioners" in this environment includes massage therapists, acupuncturists, psychotherapists, chiropractors, energy healers, etc.
